Koby ( He / Him / His ) is the Founder and Executive Director of the organization. In this position he makes major statewide decisions , empowers Staff and the organization to work towards its strategic plan , acts as the main point of communication between the Board Of Directors and statewide operations and serves as the public face of the organization. He also supervises the Director Of Data and Strategic Learning. Koby believes that an organization is only as good as its Staff and how well they are treated and he always encourages his Staff to relentlessly pursue a work life balance. Koby holds a Bachelor Of Science In Human Resource Management and is working to put the Human back in Human Resources.
