Who is Koby Hoover ?

Koby is the Founder and Board Chair of Hope For Colorado. He grew up in the Colorado foster care system for 15 years from the age of 2 years old until the age of 17 years old when he was adopted. Koby is humbled to have been adopted but he has also lost countless foster siblings to aging out. He has survived extensive amounts of harm , worked hard to heal and after surviving domestic violence , he didn’t know what was next for him so he did some serious evaluating and he realized that he wanted to use his experience to give back so he Founded and now governs an organization that helps.
